Q: What fonts can I choose from?
A: The Green Quince font collection is always growing! For a peek at the latest offerings, please send me a note, and I’ll send you a sampler.
Q: What colors do you offer?
A: Instead of posting a one-size-fits-all color chart, I like to work with each client individually to source the finest materials and to customize ink colors just for them. Some items, such as pockets and envelopes, are available in a set range of colors. Printed elements can be coordinated to most any shade.
Q: I like the whole eco-friendly thing, but what if I have my heart set on a particular paper, pocket, or envelope that isn’t eco-friendly?
A: At Green Quince, my primary aim is to make your heart sing with beautiful paper goodies that are in the perfect colors for you. I’ll always offer you eco-friendly choices where they are available, but I am happy to work with traditionally-sourced materials if that best suits your project. You are still making a positive impact on the world by choosing a studio that has a green focus. For more about the Green Quince eco-friendly core values, check out the “Green to the core” page.
Q: How long does it take to receive my invitations?
A: There are three steps:
-Customization/Design
-Production
-Shipping
Customization of existing designs takes from 3 days to several weeks, depending on how quickly you reply back with your changes and approval of your digital proofs. If we source any special materials for your order, this can also add time to this phase.
Custom designs from scratch take from a few weeks to a few months, depending on your individual needs.
Production time is approximately 3 weeks, and production starts once you approve your final proof and pay any remaining balance.
Shipping is via Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. In the US, shipping time is typically 2-3 days. International shipments generally take 2-3 weeks, but it can take longer.
For custom designs and international orders, I recommend placing your order 6 months before your wedding. For existing designs, I recommend placing your order 4 months before your wedding. Working with a tighter timeline? Contact me so we can chat about your needs and see if I can fit you into my schedule.
Q: I saw an invitation I like on another designer’s website. Can you copy it for me?
A: Thanks for your interest in Green Quince! I would love to work with you and create something totally unique just for you. Because I know how much work each designer puts into his/her designs, I won’t copy other designers’ work, but I’m sure that I can create something that will make your heart skip a beat.
